Good but little things need to be enhanced. The mattress of the 3rd bed is ectremely soft and water doen't run properly from the shower. Mosquitoes are also a problem, my daugther got 24 bites on the face and body.

Good, clean, spacious, nicely modern equipped rooms in a tipical, splendid surrounding. Helpfull staff. Italy as it could be and luckly often is.

Great location but the apartment wasn’t very clean with cobwebs in corners plus we got insect bites from the bed

Dear guest, I am very disappointed to hear that you found our service to be below our usual standards.
We apologize for not meeting your expectations. As a rule, our housekeeping department is extremely diligent in making sure that our guest rooms are absolutely clean and fresh. I will review your comments with our housekeepers, and reinforce our policies regarding room cleanliness and attention to detail. That said, we would have appreciated to know the problem during your stay, in order to fix it at the same time. Unfortunately, no one of our staff received a feedback from you during your stay.
In addition, please note we provide our hotel rooms and apartments with an anti mosquito liquid diffuser (did you use it?), as well as we recommend our customers to leave windows closed at night (indeed, in Venice as we really live on the water, you may find some small (but innocuous) flies.
In conclusion, I hope you will give us another opportunity to be at your service. Please do not hesitate to contact me personally, should you wish to discuss further.
