All over a very satisfying experience. With a shelf to the left of the kitchen counter for the micro wave oven, the counter top would have space to prepare food. This, now, is a difficult.

I stayed in the apartments, the location was excellent and the staff at check in/out very friendly. The only negative I have is regarding after stay service. I left something behind and sent multiple emails to the hotel to which I got no response although they were sending me multiple emails asking me to review them. Also my emails were directed to MR, I am female, therefore Miss.

Nice place and very good informations from side of the Hotel, lovely young Person took care of us. Apartment was good equipt, we had good time by cooking the grate things from Mercado.

I was not expecting to go up 3 very steep floors every night and I should have been told that in the first place, for that reason neither me nor my wife were very pleased with the apartment we were given. Had I been told on arrival I would have gone somewhere else. I will not be making that mistake again.

I am very sorry to hear that your stay was not up to par. That said, please note that the apartment where you stayed is exactly the one you booked online. On Booking.com page and even on our own web site, it's clearly advertised as an apartment "located on the third floor (no lift)". We explained you this also upon arrival, suggesting you to double check your reservation, where all amenities are clearly advertised.
That said, we do hope you will give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services.

Fully furnished apartment in the middle of town

The apartment is well located in the central area. But a lot stairs to climb, which I would prefer to know in advance, and the narrow stairs are very difficult to carry the big luggages. The service is very good, and the restaurant recommended is worth to go.

Good but little things need to be enhanced. The mattress of the 3rd bed is ectremely soft and water doen't run properly from the shower. Mosquitoes are also a problem, my daugther got 24 bites on the face and body.
