I was very happy with the location of he apartment as it was right in the heart of Venice. The facilities were average which coukd do with a modern uplift at some point but still very usable.

Good location and nice apartment. Irritating that we had to pay extra per night to use the sofa bed when it was already set up and when we booked and paid for 3 people so it should have been included in the price per person.

We stayed in one of the apartments managed by Hotel da Bruno. The apartment was lovely -- really beautiful and in a great location. The apartment itself was immaculate and in excellent condition; however, the building, especially the entry and stairway, needs work -- peeling paint --larges sheets of paint falling from the ceiling, dirty, musty smell, dingy, the ubiquitious flaking plaster -- all contribute to a negative first impression. In fact, when we walked into the building, I thought, "Oh dear, what have we rented?" And I was ready to walk out. But the apartment itself was really lovely. A bit of paint and some basic maintenance would go a long way toward improving the building/entryway to the apartment. The staff at the Hotel da Bruno was exceptionally helpful and very nice. They arranged our water taxi on return to the airport and orchestrated a trip for hotel and apartment guests to Murano -- fun! I would definitely recommend both the hotel and the apartments.

Excellent apartment, super clean and host walked us to the accommodation giving recommendations for restaurants and museums which was great. Highly recommend this apartment.

It´s a very nice clean calm plce in a typicall venice edge where you can have a spectacular view from above the roof over venice
any time again
