In particular the bed was a problem. Too small, only one big blanket for 2 persons, too smooth and noisy when moving.

Very nice city but also very expencive. Very special style to get money fron clientes when he go to restorant, without some program.

Rooms were dirty. Bed sheet was extremely dirty and full of flees. Got an allergic reaction from it.
Central heating was turned on, so the inside temperature reached 30 degrees making it impossible to sleep. One of the worst over all experiences ever.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your stay was not up to par. We would have appreciated to know these inconveniences during your stay in order to fix them at the same time. Unfortunately, no one of our staff received a feedback from you during your stay. Despite this, please note A/C is perfectly working and autonomous heating was off during your stay (please note there is no central heating but you can easily manage temperature for both A/C and heating using a simple remote control).
Cleanliness is really one of the things that we try to maintain in our hotel and apartments. Your critical feedback will be used in training our housekeeping staff but, as said, we would have really appreciated a comment during your stay in order to avoid a very negative review post-stay as the one we received from you. Before your arrival apartment has been properly cleaned (I personally checked) by our qualified staff consistently well-reviewed by happy guests, while bed and bath linen are provided by a professional laundry that use the best equipment available on the market. A product against flies/mosquito is available in the room (no mosquitos found when you left).
You wrote you have been disappointed because of the price. But you should also mention that you visited us in very high season, during the most requested and expensive dates of the year, with the opening of the Biennale Art exhibitions.

El hotel es perfecto por situación. Muy cuidado y con personal muy agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy bién pero en mi caso,supongo que al ser individual, era demasiado pequeña y la puerta estaba demasiado cerca de la misma por lo que si pasaba gente se escuchaba demasiado. Por todo lo demás, si vuelvo a Venecia, es muy probable que me hospede en este hotel.

This appartment has nothing to do with the attractive picture on Booking.com. It has no terrasse and no view as suggested.It is very loud until restaurants closed at night. Impossible to regulate and get pressurized hot water under the shower. In addition of that,bad luck for us,workers were rebuilding the apprtment next door right behind the head of our bed from 8h30 in the morning. A part from that, the appartment is simple, clean and very well located. The wifi is slow but working well.

I am very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. Anyway, please note that the apartment where you stayed is exactly the one you booked online and, of course, there is no terrace as you booked a one bedroom apartment without any special feature. We explained you this also upon arrival, suggesting you to double check your reservation, where all amenities are clearly advertised.

Hot water is perfectly working. You informed our reception of a possible problem and, after our maintenance staff double checked, we reconfirmed you that you are supposed to wait a couple of minutes for water to warm up (it's not instantaneous as there's no hot water tank, but we prefer a gas heating system because it has no limits on water supply).

Please note that your concerns have been passed to our neighbours (by the way: works are now over!). We do hope you give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services.
