Very good, i just wish you highlighted the fact that we have to reach the Hotel before 8pm to have an escort to our apartment, we would have changed our plan of course and came earlier. we were lost to reach the apartment late at night.

At time of booking, we sent you a detailed email with all info and map, explaining you that "standard check-in procedure is every day up to 8.00 pm, extended to 9.30 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and it is included in the rate. If you will arrive at the meeting point (our Hotel da Bruno) after this time, we will not be able to escort you personally to the apartment but you’ll be anyway able to pick up keys of the apartment and reach it by yourself (a few minutes’ walk) with a very good map that we will provide. Our Hotel da Bruno reception is 24hours open so even if you are late you’ll be anyway able to check-in all night long. No extra cost". We sent you also a second pre-stay email three days before arrival. Despite this, I apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced upon your arrival and we hope you will give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services. We look forward to welcoming you back then.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and modern apartment. Beautiful canal view.

the apartment was near the hotel reception. hot water was not continued.

Regarding problem with hot water you mentioned, we would have appreciated to know it during your stay in order to fix it at the same time. Unfortunately, no one of our staff received a feedback from you during your stay. We confirm you that hot water is perfectly working and that we received no other complaints from other guests staying in the same apartment. Despite this, we hope to be able to welcome you back on a return visit to Venice!

We travelled with our adult children so we loved the spaciousness of the apartment! Lots of room for cards in the evening, supper in if you want and breakfast on the large outside corner patio overlooking intersecting canals.

In particular the bed was a problem. Too small, only one big blanket for 2 persons, too smooth and noisy when moving.

Very nice city but also very expencive. Very special style to get money fron clientes when he go to restorant, without some program.
