Rooms were dirty. Bed sheet was extremely dirty and full of flees. Got an allergic reaction from it.
Central heating was turned on, so the inside temperature reached 30 degrees making it impossible to sleep. One of the worst over all experiences ever.
Cleanliness is really one of the things that we try to maintain in our hotel and apartments. Your critical feedback will be used in training our housekeeping staff but, as said, we would have really appreciated a comment during your stay in order to avoid a very negative review post-stay as the one we received from you. Before your arrival apartment has been properly cleaned (I personally checked) by our qualified staff consistently well-reviewed by happy guests, while bed and bath linen are provided by a professional laundry that use the best equipment available on the market. A product against flies/mosquito is available in the room (no mosquitos found when you left).
You wrote you have been disappointed because of the price. But you should also mention that you visited us in very high season, during the most requested and expensive dates of the year, with the opening of the Biennale Art exhibitions.
