I have stayed in an apartment twice, and now the hotel. I would choose to stay in either again, when I next stay in Venice. The standards are very high, with very courteous, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location and friendly staff. Everyone in my family got a few mosquito bites at night even though all doors and windows are closed. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Newly refurbished room fab.
Much improved breakfasts.
Superb location and price.
We love this hotel so much, that we don't even mind the lack of a lift.

Apartment wise - the room is just right for us. The only comment is, there is no cleaner to clean the room unlike other apartments we stayed on our different holidays.
