Alles in Ordnung, sehr zuvor kommend,nur unser Bett,( die Matraze ist Kaputt), Zimmer 371!

Ho soggiornato in un appartamento. Complessivamente il mio giudizio raggiunge la sufficienza. Ho trovato che il bagno fosse davvero poco confortevole, ed in cucina mancano alcuni accessori fondamentali tipo un apribottiglie. Complimenti a chi svolge le pulizie!

La ringraziamo per i complimenti al nostro personale delle pulizie (ho personalmente informato la governante): lei ha ragione, le nostre cameriere fanno davvero il massimo per farvi soggiornare in un appartamento fresco e pulito!
Grazie per la segnalazione: abbiamo già provveduto a ri-portare un apri-bottiglie nell'alloggio (probabilmente qualche ospite avrà pensato si trattasse di un souvenir): me ne scuso e le confermo che lavoreremo sodo per rendere i suoi soggiorni ancora più confortevoli in un prossimo futuro.

the room was small, clean but veery noisy. not only the windows to the street but also the he walls are poorly soundproofed. The situation of the hotel is excellent, the brekfast ok and a freindly service.
