Wonderful apartment. Huge space, although my favourite part was the tiny balcony. So charming to watch the service boats and gondolas go by. The apartment made you feel like you were living in Venice. Great big kitchen, not that I used it. To many great restaurants in Venice.

Ruhig gelegen aber sehr zentral für die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders haben wir die Dachterasse geschätzt.

Although we stayed for one day only, the apartment was nice and clean and had everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Not used, but they had a kitchen with all appliances, even a laundry machine. The AC in one room was making loud noise and disturbed our sleep. There was a fan in the same room, possibly due to the ac not working properly.
The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Ask them any questions you have. They arranged for a water taxi to take us to the station, and also for the gondola ride.
The space is big with two bedrooms, kitchen, balcony to sit out, and a separate dining area. Great for families.

Everything is great expect the sink in the bathroom is awful. The sink was broken with a wild open hole. My Apple AirPod dropped to the hole and got flashed away. If there is a cap that supposed to be there. My AirPod won’t be fall into it.
