1. Give more information in the reception (folders) e.g. Xanten, Kamp Lintfort (The gardens), Oberhausen "Centro". 2. Make it possible to see more stations at the television, Dutch stations are very interesting for Dutch people (you have many Dutch guests) on e.g. rainy days. And most people lov the News.

Maybe you coups offer to rent a bike from the hotel. Never the less the receptionist called two companies for us so we good go for a ride the same day. We appreciated her help!
