We had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel de Biencourt in June 2022. The hotel is right in the centre of pretty Azay-le-Rideau, just a few minutes walk from the chateau. We pre-booked a space in the large garage, just a few minutes stroll away; the spaces were generous and the car was shaded. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished, all very tasteful. The room had traditional shutters to keep out the sun during the heatwave, and the aircon in the room was both quiet and effective. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and local ingredients, and we could either eat inside or in the pretty courtyard. In the evening there are several good restaurants nearby and the hotel provided free self-service hot drinks in the dining room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when we're back in this area of France.

Un séjour qui m'a fait un bien fou!
Une équipe accueillante et très agréable, un hôtel vraiment charmant, avec une cour magnifique et de belles chambres. L'endroit est parfaitement situé, en plein cœur d'Azay le Rideau, tout en étant calme. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et j'avoue que le fait d'avoir une table privative dans la cour (avec la chambre double confort) était très appréciable.

Très belle expérience! Nous sommes arrivés à vélo et avons été très bien accueillis avec de nombreux bons conseils sur la visite du château et des restaurants aux alentours. La chambre familiale était très agréable et décorée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec une belle diversité de produits de qualité. Nous retenons cette adresse et la conseillons vivement à notre entourage. Nous avons dormi dans 3 hôtels différents pendant notre visite des châteaux de la Loire à vélo et c'est celui-ci qui a remporté le plus de succès auprès de toute la famille (2 ados de 16 et 18 ans). Merci!!!

Nous sommes ravis que ce petit séjour chez nous ait emporté les meilleurs suffrages de votre petite famille. Merci à vous quatre.

Hotel spettacolare in posizione centrale e vicino al castello, colazione super con marmellate buonissime.
Personale gentilissimo è molto accogliente.
Mi sono trovato veramente bene.

We stayed for just one night as we were travelling south. The experience was wonderful, just as we would have hoped for. Professional attitude from the staff, very helpful and cheerful. Great room, very clean. Breakfast was wonderful also.

Thanks Bruno to you and your staff for making a very small period time time immensely pleasurable. We hope to see you again and spend a little more time at your great hotel.
