it is a nice hotel with great ambiance, renovated from an old building. But when we were there, the heating system broke down... we ended up taking the shower in another room in an adjacent building.

The monsieur who checked us in was very brusque and unhelpful. It would have been more welcoming if he had given us a brief overview of the area and maybe offered to help carry our bags up to our room (on the top floor). I was extremely apprehensive about our stay. However, everyone else who worked the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The room was very comfortable, but the shower needed a curtain. Because the tub was so narrow, it was difficult to sit in the tub and any other way one showers results in water on the floor -- sometimes flowing out of the room.

Wi-fi was very unreliable. We were told that was only for Apple-based electronics. It did work best on the bottom floor, but that was not very convenient.

Simply wunderfull!
In the heart of Arles ... a peaceful nights sleep and in the deep county side ...
No hesitation to unconditionally recomend it .. if there wasn‘t the usual parking situation to get used to.
Anyway: all thumbs up!!!

Hôtel remarquablement situé en plein centre ville mais très calme ( zone piétonnière) Les indications pour le parking sont très claires et pratiques. Très jolie décoration et petit déjeuner parfait. Accueil sympathique. La chambre un peu petite.
