Hôtel au charme certain, confortable et agréable, très bien placé dans Arles. Un effort reste cependant à faire en terme d'accueil et d'amabilité.

A very pleasant and relaxing week. The hotel is a peaceful haven in the middle of the town. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Very good value for money.

It was our second visit to the hotel. Location is fantastic. Very pleasant. Room was comfatable, air conditioning worked well and bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with lovely choice of preserves.

We would have had breakfast but weren't advised to order it the evening before. In the amphitheatre zone, no cafes serve breakfast. You need to walk down the hill to Bvd. Lices to get a normal cafe breakfast.

Bon accueil, bonne chambre clim silencieuse, par contre salle de bain avec baignoire et rideau de douche plastique ça c'est du ibis bas de gamme donc à améliorer.
Petit déjeuner excellent et serveuse adorable.

great location with a very nice lobby. very friendly and uncomplicated welcome desk. our third time that we come!
