Accueil très agréable, hôtel parfaitement situé dans la ville, beaucoup de charme. Salle et petit-déjeuner impeccables. Un seul regret : le déclenchement de l'alarme incendie à 3h30 (client fumeur indélicat ? ou système d'alarme défectueux..?)

Was surprised upon entering the lobby how much character and beauty this place has. Wonderful staff and awesome location. Parking close by is not an option but the 8 min walk from Parking du Centre is not bad.

Albergo d'epoca molto curato, posizione centralissima, camere accoglienti ( senza ascensore proprio perché casa d'epoca). Un soggiorno quasi perfetto!

Très bon hôtel. Tout en sachant, qu'il est sur plusieures étages et sans ascenseur, si c'est un problème, demander une chambre au rez-de-chaussée.

Hotel molto bello, ordinato, pulito e ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni di Arles. Staff cordiale e disponibile.
