We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and close to so many things to do. The service was above and beyond our expectations! We were unable to locate a taxi or ride to the airport upon leaving. We were going to miss our flight and the receptionists family helped out and personally drove us to the airport. It was one of the most kind gestures Ive ever encountered! We will be choosing Hotel Universite again!!!
