The location is ideal for first timers in Paris. The room is nice and quiet too. However, there are little amenities within the hotel itself for the price.

Bien situé, quartier calme, chambre spacieuse,bonne literie, petit déjeuner moyen et un problème majeur, impossibilité de régler la température de la douche soit glacée soit bouillante, tres désagréable .

Alcuni punti negativi: problemi con l’acqua calda e rinnovo della biancheria (alcuni teli da bagno/asciugamani potrebbero essere cambiati, così come le federe)
La reception e la sala colazione meriterebbero di essere rinnovate

Excellent - a fantastic location in the city; Wonderful environment at a reasonable price. The only minor suggestions I would make for improvement are as follows: 1.) The bed at the top of the stairs on the first floor landing is quite unsightly, and all of the maids cleaning supplies and laundry which are in the hallway on the first floor is also extremely unsightly. One has to step over all of this to exit the room. 2.) There is a little to much loud staff conversation in the mornings between the maids during breakfast time. These conversations should be heard only amongst themselves.

Otherwise, our experience at the hotel was truly remarkable. We look forward to returning to it many times and would recommend it to others.

Positive. Helpful and friendly staff, getting our laundry done so quickly was a wonderful bonus. Having assistance to confirm excursion bookings, getting taxis etc was great. Thank you.
