Friendly helpful staff. Rooms small. Food excellent. The ski room was small with a door which was open to the street all day and evening raising security issues. Insufficient spaces to dry boots for all guests. There is a handy bus stop linking to gondola base station but buses are only every 40 minutes.

Dank des schönen Wetters waren wir nur zum Abendessen und in der Nacht im Hotel. Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Nice place in a nice location, style in keeping with the village, not noisy. Very pleasant, I felt safe and looked after. A highlight was the restaurant, which seems to be always busy in the evenings. The meals were very good indeed, my group and I came three times.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Wir hätten es allerdings sehr begrüsst, wenn in einem familiengeführten Hotel bei einem Wochenaufenthalt mindestens ein Mal auch direkter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern stattgefunden hätte. Es fühlt sich etwas seltsam an, wenn man kaum zu Hause via e-mail um Feedback angefragt wird, welches man eigentlich lieber direkt und persönlich kommuniziert hätte.

Die Halbpension war abwechslungsreich, sehr fein zubereitet und auch immer schön präsentiert. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden.
