Très bien. Il manque juste une place pour décharger les bagages

Concernant la dépose des bagages, nous comprenons tout à fait votre remarque. Sachez qu’il y a bien deux places "dépose minute" situées juste devant l’hôtel, prévues à cet effet. Malheureusement, elles sont parfois occupées, et nous ne pouvons pas toujours contrôler les véhicules qui s’y garent sans autorisation.

N’hésitez pas à contacter la réception lors d’un prochain séjour : nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous assister à votre arrivée.

Receptionist was not helpful when we wanted change our outfit after checking out and before leaving for the airport. She showed us the bathroom instead of the spa change room, which was available. The first the room they gave us was terrible. Dark, nothing like the picture… we immediately returned to reception and than they gave us the nice room but first they tried to give us a crappy room.

Parfait après une première expérience un peu raté, mais qui a largement été rattrapé par le surclassement de notre dernier séjour

Great, except for the lack of coffee machine in the room. No room should be called “deluxe” and cost 300€ if it only offers a teapot with the cheapest instant coffee. 😊
