We wanted to get the large bed - this request was confirmed and accepted by hotel before our arrival. When we arrived we realized that we have only queen size bed and were told that for our room type it is impossible to arrange large double bed. It was rather negative surprise. In spite of this the bed was very comfortable. Also the staff at the reception was very helpful and ready to assist with each requirement.

Excellent Hotel; friendly and helpful staff; warm welcoming designed rooms with comfortable beds. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the Theatre and the excellent Bordeaux tramway system. Opposite the Christmas Market too
