really very wonderful! the room was gorgeous and the staff was delightful. wish we could have stayed longer. as we went to pick up our rental car, however, it would have been helpful for the front desk to inform us that 1) sunday is a terrible time to drive in bordeaux and 2) that the first sunday of every month the entire city center is shut down. we could have planned our leaving in a much better, more efficient way had we known! regardless, the hotel was lovely and we hope to return

Wonderful! The hotel was beautifully decorated and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will send my clients to this hotel!
