This hotel is very good, and highly recommendable, but the organisation of the breakfast is chaotic and ruined an otherwise very enjoyable stay. Fix the breakfast set up and you will have very happy customers. You don’t need that orange juicer. It takes up too much valuable space and requires constant maintenance by the staff. Put the things that everyone wants, like juice, tea and coffee, in the main breakfast room and keep as much as possible out of that tiny alcove as it becomes too congested if more than two people are in there. Whilst we were waiting to take our turn to get into the alcove to get some breakfast items, including coffee, that had run out by the time we got to it, our table was cleared and reset and another person claimed our table for breakfast! My wife was furious! The current set up is totally illogical.

pessimo, un hotel finto di classe ma in realtà solo teso a prendere soldi ai clienti. una camera piccolissima con davanti alla finestra un muro, neanche in carcere c'è una situazione simile. Personale rigido non accogliente, sembra un collegio non un hotel accogliente.
