Very good location and nice helpful staff. Rooms also well furnished and good proper towels. It was all let down by being allocated a gloomy, dark room with windows which opened against a wall at the bottom of a dark pit. There is no way this room should have been offered as a guest room, but it should be used as a store or laundry room. When I complained, the helpful staff did move me to another room, but charged me €30.00 just for the change. An otherwise very good hotel badly let down by the shabby treatment of its guests being allocated this room. Beware before you book.
