Le niveau est a la hauteur d'un 4 etolies et le personnel tres pro et accueillant...je recommande votre établissement et ne manquerais pas d'y revenir quand je passerais a Bordeaux

I stay more than 200 nights a year in hotels for business. I am very disappointed in this one. I was not kept up by noise from the elevator or anything. It was just very annoying that I could be treated with a terrible attitude by the desk help. When I very passively brought my displeasure to the same desk staff , he looked to the younger gentleman at the desk and then asked me if I wanted to change my room. You could tell that he surely has something against Americans. This has never been my experience in France before as I travel there often. In the future, I will instruct all of my colleagues to stay elsewhere.

Hôtel très bien placé, avec du charme, propre. Personnel très serviable. Seul bémol : la longueur du lit pour les grands gabarits

Hôtel très bien situé pour un hôtel qui fasse vraiment la différence : ajouter une personne à la porte pour accueil et aussi sécurité : un matin un passant a pris 1 petit déjeuner gratuit avant que La personne en salle découvre la supercherie....!
