Pleasant visit at your hotel during our 2 night stay in Bordeaux. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and kind.

I asked the Front Desk to book a Taxi to take us to the quai for our river cruise. Instead a private car showed up and we had to pay double the amount that a taxi would have charged.

Excellent, especially friendly and helpful Reception staff. However, no drawer space for clothes and very little hanging space in wardrobe. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom.
