Fantastic stay at the hotel. Young gentleman on the desk Saturday evening was particularly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a positive overall experience in large part thanks to Barbara who was personable, helpful and accommodating. The hotel would benefit from having people to help with luggage, as this is a crucial service that the hotel is lacking.

Was sorry to only stay for one night. I hope to get back to Bordeaux soon, and would definitely stay at Hotel de Seze again.
