Very disappointed with our experience. Our room was way too small and was cramped and certainly didn't reflect the room advertised on your website?
Your spa was unavailable despite this fact being concealed on your website before our booking the room.
Also the bath was too small and the floor in the bathroom was flooded every morning after having a shower that made it impossible to avoid wetting the floor in the bedroom after leaving the bathroom!!!
We will NOT be staying at your hotel again when we go to Bordeaux but instead will stay in the Intercontinental Grand Hotel which provides what it advertises.
Overall our experience was poor and the quality of our stay was quite disgraceful.
