OK, the disappointment of a poor, almost non-existing fitness center and a small room without daylight was to a certain extent balanced by good staff!

Excellent overall experience. All the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. The hotel was elegant and its location is perfect being just away from busy centre of Bordeaux.
