Overall experience was extremely positive. Room was small but adequate. Only item worth mentioning was check out of noon was exact. We were on tour and returned to find our room was being cleaned prior to our check out.

Welcome service was not helpful. Did not know where to park car and reception was just dismissive.
Otherwise, the hotel was well situated and the room was adequate fir a one night stay (it was small).

The room was nice but very small. I was very disappointed with the confusion during my entire stay at the hotel. We booked classic rooms for the first night and then Superior rooms for he second night. When we arrived back at the hotel that night from business, we were told not all the superior rooms were ready (at 18:50 pm). We had dinner reservations and couldn't wait for the rooms to be finished. We then had to wait another 10 minutes to get access to our rooms for the previous evening (all of our luggage and belongings were in the rooms still and we needed to change for dinner). We ended up having to stay in the classic rooms although I paid for Superior. The front desk notifies me that they couldn't refund any of the money from the rooms but they'd take care of our bar bill and room amenties for the stay. Upon checking out the next day we were presented with a 200+ bill for the drinks and in room chips and water that we were told were complimentary. I didn't have time to argue with the lady at the front desk as she has no idea what we were talking about and no one had made any notes on the reservation.

So, we got lesser rooms than paid for, had multiple hassles and confusions with your staff and then to top it off we were overcharged. I am extremely disappointed and expect a refund of the drinks and amenities

Expérience très positive. Juste ternie par les problèmes récurrents de l'ouverture de la chambre avec la clé électronique. Mais le personnel a toujours été présent et réactif pour régler notre problème.
