Bel hotel agreable situé en centre ville.
Excellent acceuil
Les chambres sont tres agreable parfaitement isolee.
Seule bemole : difficile de ranger ses valises apres avoir ranger ses vetements dans le dressing.
Pas de paterre pour suspendre les draps de bains dans la salle de bain.

Revoir l'accueil le samedi et encore pire le dimanche ou j'ai dû montrer ma carte d'identité et ma carte bleue pour pouvoir entrer. Même au formule 1 l'accueil doit être meilleur. L'excuse étant qu'il n'était pas là le samedi ( et pourquoi le client doit il en payer les frais d'une organisation déficiente).

Our stay was excellent! We did not spend much time in the room as we were visiting Bordeaux, however the room was spotless and very spacious.

Très bel établissement, très bien tenu. Literie très bonne, belle prestation. Nous avons trouvé la chambre un peu petite !

Bien mais problème avec un bip que fait l'ascenseur qui est très dérangeant et que l'on entend toute la nuit évité les chambre proche de l'ascenseur
