Ok however we did have a issue with booking and they lost the reservation for our last day and we did not get the rooms we reserved.

L'hôtel se présente comme un hotel de luxe, mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.

L'équipe manque de naturel et d'attention. Il n'y a pas de voiturier, ni personne pour vous aider à porter vos valises.

Le gérant de l'hôtel passe ses journées enfermé dans une chambre et porte peu d'attention à la clientèle qu'il ne salut même pas.
Seule la personne du Spa est vraiment top !! Le spa est d'ailleurs excellent.

Question Service, cet hotel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur ! Je vous déconseille cet établissement.

L’ Hôtel de Sèze est un établissement 4 étoiles, nous ne sommes donc par tenu de proposer à nos clients un service de voiturier ou de bagagiste, c’est plus généralement des services qui sont proposés dans les établissements 5 étoiles qui pratiquent des prix en circonstance.
Il est vrai que le raffinement du lieu, le professionnalisme de notre équipe et la richesse des services proposés sont digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles, mais les tarifs que nous pratiquons sont bien ceux d’un boutique hôtel 4 étoiles de l’hyper centre bordelais.
Cette sensation de séjourner dans un établissement plus haut de gamme que nous le sommes a pu semer un doute, nous nous en excusons.
Je salue systématiquement les clients que j’ai le plaisir de voir, par contre, je ne me permets pas de le faire si ces clients sont en conversation avec d’autres personnes, afin de ne pas sembler impoli, c’était le cas vous concernant.
Cela ne traduit pas une attitude désinvolte vis-à-vis de notre clientèle, bien au contraire, l’équipe de notre établissement ne doit pas être intrusive auprès de la clientèle, nous restons discrets mais très attentionné.

Excellent, a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is ideally located to explore Bordeaux and is near some very good restaurants.

Wonderful hotel; Ana at the front desk was very helpful.
Only problem, the shower design allows for water to run out of the shower onto the floor, what a mess each time we showered.
