Not great. The wifi did not work the entire 24 hours we were there. As mentioned before most of the staff just were not friendly. They acted as if they were put out to assist you. We came home from dinner and the front door was locked with a note that said 'I will be back soon, running a security check! What a joke. How about hire 2 people at night or install a camera system? I will never stay at your hotel again.
We do thank you for your chosen the Hôtel the Sèze**** in Bordeaux City.
We apologize if you do not agree our safety rules during night.
We just remember you France is under french government rules about safe public and private spaces. We apply the french government process under "French Emergency state laws" to secure our hotel and every guests.
Moreover, on the hotel front door, a message mention the phone number to contact the night auditor who can be running during for security check and sometimes in order to answer for the guests requests (yes, during night it does exist).
We also let you know our staff (day and night) do all his best to bring every guests satisfaction.
Regarding WiFi, we met some troubles but from the tv screen you can also have an internet access..
Even if you seem disapointed by your first visit in our hotel, we really hope to welcoming you soon to make all our best: the aim: your satisfaction !
