Pricey but nice. Great staff--helpful, willing to put up with me trying to speak French--though they spoke English. Really nice. And they really made me love Bordeaux. Great city!!!!

Excelent service and well trained staff
Beuatiful deco.
But the noise of the ventilation inside the internal court was unsustainable. Impossible to sleep and open the window. I asked a quiet room not to get noise from the street but this was worst. In addition the room was next to the elevator.!! Definitely not a quiet room!!

I do not think the service was up to the prices charged

Hotel was great rooms were fresh clean and big. Spa was amazing
