Wonderful stay. There was a mix up with the room we originally booked, but the owner and staff worked very hard to correct the issue and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was an extremely pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, very nicely decorated and clean. The only downside was the air conditioning unit, which wasn't very powerful and the outside temperature was rather hot when we visited, so the room was therefore a little too warm. However this would not deter me from using your hotel again. In fact if coming to Bordeaux the Hotel de Seze would be my first choice. The location was excellent and the hotel modern, friendly and clean.

Really disappointing dark small room
