Cordialement,

Thomas

Receptionist was not helpful when we wanted change our outfit after checking out and before leaving for the airport. She showed us the bathroom instead of the spa change room, which was available. The first the room they gave us was terrible. Dark, nothing like the picture… we immediately returned to reception and than they gave us the nice room but first they tried to give us a crappy room.

Dear Kutlu,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the initial room assignment and the confusion regarding the changing facilities after checkout.

Please know that this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with our team to ensure better assistance and clearer communication in the future.

We are glad that we were able to offer you a more suitable room afterward, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother experience.

Warm regards,

Thomas
