The hotel was quite modern and had everything we needed. We were quite impressed after having spent double the price for a less modern, smaller hotel in Paris right before. The room was a bit small (in relation to hotels in the U.S.), but very nice, clean, cozy and welcoming. The TV had even been personalized to welcome us specifically to that room! There was a full-sized shower (again, comparative to U.S. showers), and the bathroom was outfitted with robes and spa essentials. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa and had a wonderful experience from the customer service to the pre-spa services (hot tub, steam room, etc.) to the actual massages. We really loved this hotel - the location, service, spa, food - everything was excellent!

Très bon hotel. Ma deuxième fois, néanmoins chambre pas prêté à notre arrivée à 14:00. Chambre prête à 15:00 alors que nous étions avec nos jumelles arrivée de gare Saint Jean. Pas de solutions proposées ni de compensations. C'est dommage pour un tel hotel.

The facilities were very lovely, but there was no where for me to sit and have a beverage because a couple were in the only 2 chairs in the relaxation room.

We were very pleased with Hotel de Seze. Our room was attractive, the bathroom fixtures were top notch and the balcony was a nice surprise. The bed linens were lovely and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the restaurant because the price seemed high. Marie on the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Our room was very quiet. De Seze is an excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel well placed in Bordeaux. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Manon. We will be back!

Hotel t`res bien situé te de bonne facture; chambres trop petites pour pouvoir y travailler, ce qui est regrettable eu egard aux prix pratiqués
