A very enjoyable stay, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was one of the best 4* hotels this year in France

Location and staff at the Hotel made our holiday easier. Very informative reception staff. Always smiling. Cleaning staff also very polite. Thank you

Nice, clean, good service. Nice look. As a test of quality, we used the stairs. Even that area was very nicely decorated

Great - the only downside was the problem with the a/c but it was a pity that it wasn’t resolved immediately

The experience was first class and very enjoyable and the location was located very close to main attractions and restaurants. We would be happy to return to this hotel on future trips to Bordeaux.
