Wonderful staff. Great location. Disappointed we could not control the temperature and fan speed from the room. Very strange indeed.

Regarding the air-conditioning, you couldn't do it in your room because during your stay, it had not yet been switched on automatically in the rooms, this is why we had to set the temperature for you from the reception desk.
The air conditioning is perfectly working.
