Very pleasant , too short to really enjoy but plan on returning for a longer stay

A very good experience overall, in spite of the mix-up on the car service, the coffee issues, and not making me aware that breakfast was part of our package. I should have known this, but it was a hectic 2 week trip

Rien à dire de plus sauf que nous fûmes étonnés de devoir payer la chambre dès notre arrivée alors que notre carte était déposée à l’accueil de votre hôtel ! Que nous étions déjà venus dans votre hôtel 2 fois, que nous avons déjà offert des bons cadeaux pour des soins à des neveux bordelais et qu’en conclusion nous devrions être connus comme « clients ».
