Room extremely small and very low ceiling. Small details, which could be refilling of tea bags daily did not happen. The location was good, but it could not compensate for the bad quality price relationship. We will not choose one of your hotels again.

You have booked a deluxe room with a surface area of 28m2. As described on our official website and other reservation channels, this type of room provides all the comfort needed. Please note that our hotel has different categories of rooms which would meet better your expectations.

Very pleasant , too short to really enjoy but plan on returning for a longer stay

A very good experience overall, in spite of the mix-up on the car service, the coffee issues, and not making me aware that breakfast was part of our package. I should have known this, but it was a hectic 2 week trip
