Hotel idéalement situé pour se promener dans Bordeaux. Personnel très aimable. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Petits déjeuners de qualité et très variés.

I enjoyed our stay very much. I was travelling with my son who played a round of golf as well. My only criticism is that our laundry took two days, instead of one as advised and, as mentioned above, on our last day the room wasn't serviced until late in the day when we had returned from our day out which was inconvenient. I raised it with Reception and was advised that something would be done when I paid the final bill, this did not occur and I was told on check out that I had to raise it with management, he couldn't authorise any sort of discount which was disappointing.

un peu décue. concernant le parking, est signalé sur le site de l'hôtel un parking proche ( mais indépendant de l'hôtel) il serait bon que le personnel soit capable de renseigner les clients sur les horaires de ce parking. la déco est classe .

Hotel bello con forti differenze fra le camere le Classic assolutamente NO

Very happy with our room and the hotel in general. Quite expensive though.
