We were very happy with our stay overall. The only criticism I have concerns the room window, which overlooked what appeared to be a staff access corridor. As people walked past, we were unable to leave the curtains open without compromising our privacy. The room would benefit from having frosted or opaque window film applied above eye level, allowing guests to enjoy natural light while maintaining their privacy.

L'hôtel des Alpes est idéalement situé à l’entrée de la vielle ville et des points d’accès majeurs d'Annecy avec un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables et le tout avec un petit déjeuner copieux.
