Excellent but would like to have a lift for luggage

As mentioned on our website, we do not have a lift. You were assigned a room on the first floor (following up on your request upon reservation) and our receptionists helped you with your luggage, as they always offer to. As for valuables, they can be safely stored at the reception 24/7. The sporty team of Hôtel des Alpes wishes to thank you for your review and will be happy to welcome you again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decorations throughout were beautiful sheek french and our room was good sized and very clean.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Camere molto piccole ma pulite e curate nei dettagli. Parcheggio interrato a pagamento vicinissimo alla struttura.
