Nous sommes repartis non reposés de notre séjour car les nuits sont difficiles à cause de la literie, la lumière passe à travers les rideaux, les vacanciers d’au dessus qui ne dormaient ni le jour ni la nuit et avaient le pas peu léger.
Heureusement que les réceptionnistes relèvent le niveau de l’hôtel.

The hotel has a perfect location, and the view from the room was very nice (corner room). The reception was very welcoming and very informative of surroundings and activities. He explained the payment information very well and gave us an option to decide whether we wanted breakfast or not later in the day. The rooms are a bit outdated and need some renovation/improvements, especially the carpet (which looks a bit disgusting) in common areas as well. Also, the lady that was there for checkout was very pushy to get us out of the room at 11am. It is the first time in years of traveling that someone from a reception comes up to the room to knock and tell us to check out within the first 15 minutes of check out time (11:15am). Considering standard check out time in most hotels is 12:00pm, I'm a bit shocked about that behavior. Other than that, everything went well and staff was very helpful with storing our luggage and even filling our water bottle :)

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. On était au calme sur la cour intérieure. Pour la voiture, un parking sous terrain est à 2 minutes de l'hôtel, lequel est lui-même situé à quelques minutes de la vielle ville d'Annecy et à quelques minutes du lac.
Je recommande !

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'etre surclassés pour une chambre triple spacieuse et joliment décorée. Literie confortable, tout est impeccable. Personnel souriant. Petit déjeuner frais, avec des produits locaux variés. Nous recommandons et y retournerons avec plaisir
