Really lovely. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again. The staff really are exceptionally good.

J'ai trop aimé cette hôtel et je recommande a 200 %.
Très bon petit déjeuner continental, excellent produits et qualité.

très bon séjour. L'hotel est parfaitement situé quand on arrive tard en train (à 3min de la gare)

Accueil très sympathique, propreté 100%,
Décoration à la fois contemporaine et très "cosy ".
Il est dommage cependant que la réception se trouve au 1e étage.Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'ascenseur au rez de chaussée....et par conséquent interdisant l'accès handicapé...ou tout simplement le port des bagages lourds .L'ascenseur dessert t'il seulement les étages suivant.?

Very good value hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location is great. Breakfast is good. Hotel would benefit from a sitting room /lounge maybe. Some drawers for storage in the rooms would be advantageous. All areas were kept clean and tidy. We'd happily stay here again, and will recommend to anyone who wants to visit Annecy.
