Overall best hotel we have stayed in Europe. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation while in Lucerne.

Our stay was so special due to the elegance and comfort of this hotel. From the moment we arrived until checking out, all our needs were met by a gracious staff. The room was comfortable and having a balcony to see sunrise and sunset over the Alps was fabulous. Finding chocolates on tables and on our bed each night made us feel very spoiled.
