Excellent, the staff were extremely helpful especially when I fell down the stairs!

Lovely hotel. Rooms on square side are highly visible from square and have some early morning noise.

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal bei Ihnen und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Das freundliche Personal, die tolle Lage, wir freuen uns immer anzukommen und im Kaminzimmer ein Bier zu trinken. Die Zimmer sind zum Wohl fühlen, wir würden uns über festere Matratzen freuen. Ansonsten ist nichts auszusetzen, Sauberkeit top, schöne begehbare Duschen in den Bädern.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Wir freuen uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie sich auch dieses Mal in unserem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Es freut uns, dass Sie die gute Lage und die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses positiv hervorheben. Wir bedauern jedoch zu hören, dass Sie das Gefühl hatten, auf Ihre Reklamation sei nicht eingegangen worden. Diese wurde von unserem Mitarbeiter an Housekeeping weitergeleitet, so dass dies in Zukunft vermieden werden kann. Es tut uns leid, dass dies Ihren Eindruck des Aufenthaltes im Hotel des Balances getrübt hat. The hotel’s location is very central! It’s located at the old town and is only a few steps away from the chapel bridge. The room is also very spacious and clean.

Their staff is also very helpful with all of my questions.

It's very good stay, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel, gives us another reason to return to Luzern
