The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready in time but we got a free drink while we were waiting. The room was spatious and clean and worth waiting for. The bed was king size and extra long, which is good since I'm about 2m in height. The room was very quiet in the night.

Od lat będąc krótko na Śląsku wybieram ten hotel i mogę go nadal bardzo polecać . Personel zawsze widoczny w każdym obrębie i bardzo sympatyczny , pomocny.., pokoje czyste z dobrym wyposażeniem a zamyka to wszystko perfekcyjny (chociaż nie tani )bufet śniadaniowy !
P.S.
Jedyny mały minus tym razem to nieszczelne okno

Było bardzo miło - mam uwagi odnośnie akustyki w pokoju, Tzn przez ściany wszystko słychać
