Not very good, thin walls, bad quality iron, no air condition in one of our rooms, no slippers, i called the reception asking for water and no one responded

I think from day I reserved, the reception wasn't very good and request for the price of the room that breakfast should be included.

No functioning air conditioning by +36 outside. Not easy to get the invoice - 30 minutes to wait.

Pokoje z klimatyzacja, szczególnie na 4 pietrze nie powinny być przydzielane gościom przy nie działającej klimatyzacji - w lecie / przy temperaturach przekraczających 30C.

-opóźnienie w zameldowaniu 1,5 godz. Kartę dostałem o 15:30. O godz. 14:00 pani w recepcji nie była w stanie powiedzieć ile trzeba będzie czekać (i róbcie co chcecie) i tak chodziłem i pytałem co pół godziny.
-NIE DOPUSZCZALNE jest że ktoś OBCY został przydzielony do mojego pokoju i w trakcie delikatnie pisząc "odpoczynku" wszedł do pokoju. Dostał kartę do pokoju 103 a moja została anulowana. Z taką sytuacją spotkałem się pierwszy raz w życiu. I nawet w sobotę przy wymeldowaniu nadal ta osoba widniała w systemie na moim pokoju.
-cena za 1 noc za którą zapłaciłem 800 pln. adekwatnie do obsługi jaką otrzymałem to nawet nie mogę napisać 1 tylko -10

Air conditioning in the room did not work
