Not good, but, I would like to say that Jarika and Fabio that works in reception are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Overall experience was fantastic and no complaints at all. Firstly, I would like to thank Fabrizio who contacted me by Whatsup and email before we arrived at the hotel and asked for any special assistance required. I asked for disability access and he was very helpful in arranging a mobility scooter for me to explore Rome. I kept the scooter in the hotel storage when I did not need it. Fabrizio also arranged for a specialist taxi to take the scooter and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Fabrizio also gave us useful links to sightseeings, food at the hotel and arranged transport from the airport. We celebrated my wife's birthday and Fabrizio arranged for flowers and cake and provided a complimentary champagne for the dinner. The rooms were good size with enough storage for baggages and cloths. Room had safe to keep valuables that was very handy. Rooms were cleaned everyday and a fresh towel and sheets were provided. Toilet and shower room was spacious and very clean. Room services were very good and attended immediately. Our stay included the breakfast which was very good - I like the freshly made coffee. We also had dinners in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good. One of the restaurant staff Davide who served us mostly was really good and courteous and kept checking that the food is good. We were given complimentary snack and drink everyday that was very nice. All the staff at the reception (particularly Fabio) were very good and helpful in booking taxis and any queries. When we need to leave the hotel early to go to Venice and Pisa, the hotel prepared for us a nice lunch bag and kept ready at 5am with snack and drinks to take it with us in our journey which was really fantastic. Overall, we booked two rooms and stayed for 7 days and our experience was very very good. Although, this is a business hotel, I will recommend for family to stay.
