Overall, the experience was pleasant. We booked two rooms for a family of five, including a pair of twin babies. The room sizes were small. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager in the lobby kindly extended our late checkout until 2 PM, considering our flight schedule, although I do not recall his name. The restaurant staff during breakfast was also friendly and helpful. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Daniel at the restaurant, who was particularly supportive and understanding of our situation with the twin babies. His positive attitude was greatly appreciated.

As for the hotel itself, it is important to manage expectations. It is a budget-friendly option that provides a satisfactory stay.

Ι am very disappointed with the hotel. I have sent an email and unfortunately no response. I explained to them that I had paid all taxes through booking.com which was written in the confirmation and asked them to look into it as well. As I have mentioned I sent an email to the hotel but since it has to do with the refund they did not bother to reply. I do not recommend it to anyone, just a tip I will give you to be careful because if you have already paid the tax they will ask you again at the end of your stay to pay tax!

Great experience for staying near Rome! A quieter part of the city, it was very easy to take either a train or a bus. It was lovely to come back to a clean air conditioned room each night. Elena was also a great help when I was checking out. Thank you hotel Domidea!

Very good experience. Check in was easy. Provided upfront information for parking, and where it was. Where, when, cost for breakfast, and hours of evening dinner if so inclined. Room was clean, and had everything disired. I read reviews of people who complained of bed quality, noise, breakfast or view. No complaints from me. Bed was the best in over a year in Italy traveling. My room was street side and quiet for the area on a week night. The windows cut down a tremendous amount normal noise. Breakfast was 15 euro per person and had everything imaginable. If you are cost conscious, that isn't reason for bad review, nor the hotels problem. View was of no consequence. Was in the area for business. Sight seeing is a completely different part of Rome. Parking garage is under hotel, spacious and seemed secure. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, polite, and more than helpful. The only thing I can say is, sorry for my poor Italian speaking. I'll work on that the longer I'm in Italy. As for the staff, you were great. Keep up the great work.
