The hotel is amazing- from the welcome at reception- to all cleaning staff- tge breakfast manager was truly outstanding & made everyone so welcome. The little extras in the room include luxury toiletries including slippers- the breakfast selection was very extensive, it’s 35 minutes by bus & tube from the central attractions of Rome - but well worth staying a little further out to receive a fantastic hotel- we looked long & hard at many hotels in Rome - in advance of coming- when coming again it will be a simple choice of booking this amazing hotel with wonderful staff .
